DANIKA CHRISTOPHERSON

Danika was crowned Miss Oklahoma USA 2024 on April 14, 2024. Throughout her teenage years, Danika faced significant challenges with stress and hormonal imbalances, impacting her mental health. Rather than opting for pharmaceuticals, which she felt were not the right solution, Danika explored various holistic approaches. After experimenting with different methods, she developed effective habits and routines that significantly improved her mental well-being and laid the groundwork for her entrepreneurial success.
A key element of her strategy was long-distance running, which helped her channel negative emotions and boost endorphins. Her dedication to running culminated in completing a half marathon in 1 hour and 57 minutes, and she is currently training for a full marathon.

Inspired by her personal journey, Danika founded the Delta Charlie Code, an educational program designed to encourage others to explore non-pharmaceutical methods for managing mental health. The program includes techniques such as ice baths, breathing meditations, and habit tracking for accountability.

In addition to her advocacy, Danika is an owner and operations director of Viridian Coffee, where she leads a team of 160 team members. Operating every day of the year, her business strives to build a community and share a culture of purpose and kindness through a great cup of coffee. Danika integrates the principles of the Delta Charlie Code into her management approach, empowering her team members to overcome adversity and build their professional portfolio at a young age.
